4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defect or wrong product delivered, Ratan Zone will cover the return shipping costs.
For other reasons (e.g., change of mind or size issue), customers may need to bear the return shipping charges.
5. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or message.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- In some cases, refunds may take longer due to bank or payment gateway processing times.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items based on stock availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as applicable.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may proceed with a return after receiving the order.
